Integra Tip In Collating System
(Efficient)
The Integra is designed to insert a variety of documents inside a magazine, newspaper, prospectus or folder cycling at up to 4000 filled items per hour. Different models are available depending upon the size of the item into which the documents are being inserted, ranging from 8.25” x 4” up to 9” x 12.5”. The magazine feeder will feed up to 3/8 ” thick, with the option to increase this to 0.375”. The standard insert stations handle items from 7” x 3.5” up to A4 with a maximum thickness of 0.125”.
